The general conditions of sale detailed below apply to all orders for products and services placed via the site (the “products”) with KLÉOPHÉE (“the seller”) by any person (the " customer ").

Products ordered on the KLÉOPHÉE website are delivered within the deadlines indicated on the site at the time of order confirmation. These times are indicated for information purposes only and correspond to the average processing and delivery time of the package.

It is the customer's responsibility to check the condition of the package at the time of delivery and to make any justified complaints if the package is likely to have been damaged. Any open or incomplete package must not be accepted by the customer. Write down your reservations precisely and write them on the delivery note.

Products can be delivered worldwide. KLÉOPHÉE cannot deliver to a hotel address.

KLÉOPHÉE delivers orders within a maximum of 15 working days in mainland France and a maximum of 20 working days internationally. This delivery time is counted from the day after validation of the order.

The day after our new products are put online, in exceptional cases or during the Christmas period, the delivery time may be extended so that KLÉOPHÉE can have the time necessary to prepare your orders .

Any change of address on the part of the customer after validation of an order will result in a delay in delivery, which the customer acknowledges and accepts.

Our carriers are all affiliated with the La Poste and Mondial RElay Group.

KLÉOPHÉE and the carriers being distinct and independent entities, KLÉOPHÉE cannot be held responsible for any delay and error in delivery or loss of packages attributable to LA POSTE and MONDIAL RELAY.

Delivery is the responsibility of the customer and according to the carrier rates in force and offered by the site at the time of purchase if the place of delivery is not in the aforementioned country(ies).

The customer must pay customs duties and all taxes relating to the importation of the products into the country of delivery. The customer is solely responsible for the possibilities of importing the products ordered with regard to the rights of the territory of the country of delivery.


In accordance with article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the customer has a withdrawal period of 14 clear days from the date of receipt of his order to exercise his legal right of withdrawal.

The customer can return one or more items from said order to KLÉOPHÉE.

The return of products is the responsibility of the customer and is done at their own risk.

The customer acknowledges that additional customs costs related to the return of a product from abroad will be the responsibility of the customer.

CLÉOPHÉE recommends being vigilant about tracking the return package and encourages the customer to keep solid proof of sending (preferably with tracking). The customer can choose the carrier of their choice.

Items returned by the customer must be new, unused or having been subject to any use. Items must be returned in sturdy, protective packaging.

If the item is returned in non-protective packaging and is damaged KLÉOPHÉE will not issue a refund.

Failing to comply with these return conditions, the package will be returned to the customer at their expense and will not result in any refund.

Upon receipt of the returned order, the seller will issue a refund, excluding initial shipping costs (within 15 days).

The customer must indicate by email to the reasons for the return.

Unless contraindicated by the customer, the refund will be made using the same means of payment as that used to pay for the initial order.

It is not possible to replace or exchange returned products. You will need to place a new order.

The customer prohibits any reproduction, whether of models, products, distinctive signs, packaging, whether or not it is the subject of a patent application, design, model or brand.

Any reproduction, whether total or partial, is strictly prohibited.

The “KLÉOPHÉE” brand is a registered trademark. No license or authorization for reproduction is granted on the aforementioned brand or on any other brand operated by the Company or its co-contractors.


The French language prevails for interpretation in the event of translation of the site and the general conditions of sale.

KLÉOPHÉE's general conditions of sale are subject to French law and applied and interpreted in accordance with this law.

The customer and the seller declare that the general conditions of sale express their entire agreement in relation to their subject, and that they cancel and replace all previous agreements entered into between them in relation to this subject.
