Return policy

In accordance with article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the customer has a withdrawal period of 14 clear days from the date of receipt of his order to exercise your legal right of withdrawal.

The customer can return one or more items from said order to KLÉOPHÉE. The return of products is the responsibility of the customer and is done at their own risk. The customer acknowledges that additional customs costs related to the return of a product from abroad will be the responsibility of the customer. KLÉOPHÉE recommends being vigilant about tracking the return package and encourages the customer to keep solid proof of sending (preferably with tracking). The customer can choose the carrier of their choice.

To simplify the process of processing your return, we request the following information when contacting you by email at contact@kleophee.com:

  • The order number associated with your return request.
  • A list of products subject to return.
  • The justification for the return.
  • A photograph of the product in its current state.

Please remember that if you return your order, the free products offered must also be returned.

The legal right of withdrawal cannot be exercised if the products have been opened or used after delivery and cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection. Items returned by the customer must be new, unused or having been subject to any use. Items must be returned in sturdy, protective packaging. If the item is returned in non-protective packaging and is damaged KLÉOPHÉE will not issue a refund. Failing to comply with these return conditions, the package will be returned to the customer at their expense and will not result in any refund.

Upon receipt of the returned order, the seller will issue a refund, excluding initial shipping costs (within 15 days). The customer must indicate by email to contact@kleophee.com the reasons for the return. Unless contraindicated by the customer, the refund will be made using the same means of payment as that used to pay for the initial order. It is not possible to replace or exchange returned products. You will need to place a new order.
