Delivery Policy

Products ordered on the KLÉOPHÉE website are delivered within the deadlines indicated on the site at the time of order confirmation. These times are indicated for information purposes only and correspond to the average processing and delivery time of the package.

It is the customer's responsibility to check the condition of the package at the time of delivery and to make any justified complaints if the package is likely to have been damaged. Any open or incomplete package must not be accepted by the customer. Write down your reservations precisely and write them on the delivery slip.

Products can be delivered worldwide. KLÉOPHÉE cannot deliver to a hotel address.

KLÉOPHÉE delivers orders within a maximum of 15 working days in mainland France and a maximum of 20 working days internationally. This delivery time is counted from the day after validation of the order.

The day after our new products are put online, in exceptional cases or during the Christmas period, the delivery time may be extended so that KLÉOPHÉE can have the time necessary to prepare your orders .

Any change of address by the customer after validation of an order will result in a delay in delivery, which the customer acknowledges and accepts.

Our carriers are all affiliated with the La Poste Group and Mondial RElay.

KLÉOPHÉE and the carriers being distinct and independent entities, KLÉOPHÉE cannot be held responsible for any delay or error in delivery or loss of packages attributable to LA POSTE and MONDIAL RELAY.

Delivery is the responsibility of the customer and according to the carrier rates in force and offered by the site at the time of purchase if the place of delivery is not in the aforementioned country(ies).


The customer must pay customs duties and all taxes relating to the importation of the products into the country of delivery. The customer is solely responsible for the possibilities of importing the products ordered with regard to the rights of the territory of the country of delivery.
